I had high expectations for this dish, ‘Mostro.’ Without a doubt, starting with the presentation, it should be improved as it is not suitable for this type of dish. My wife (a Peruvian) found the chicken to be tasteless and had absolutely nothing in common with the taste of Peruvian Pollo a las brasa.
