It was good that I ordered an extra item and they left it off. Of course this is very annoying. Don't charge for extra items if you're not going to deliver it the food had a very fresh quality and taste and I did appreciate that.

First time ordering from bartels. The giant burger was awesome, it was delivered so fast it was unbelievable. Only thing is the fries were pretty soggy but all had great flavor. Through my own ignorance I ordered it with the chili thinking it was a chili burger but was two large green chiles.

Spent almost $70 and missing half our order. Missing sauce, banana bread, bacon, and gravy on chicken fried steak! Ridiculously small portions and bland food.

Well done means no red. This thing is medium rare if not rare. Bacon doesn't seem to be cooked all the way either, like the grill is too hot. Soggy buns, too. Cowboy caviar was alright and the tots were excellent, but man, that burger.... couldn't eat it. Still love me some Bartel's though!

got the Bertha Burger (1/2 Lb.) (Meal) it was phenomenal. full of flavor. and really enjoyed the Raspberry Chimichangas .
