Usually get fresh packed but was surprised at a few things. Product was ice cold on hot day in car. The containers were filled and packed so more product for the money and taste was excellent
Let me also praise the delivery person smiling pleasant can't praise excellence more than once to avoid redundancy

I had ordered 2 scoop sundae with extra hot fudge and there was a very little cream and barely any hot fudge. I did not feel like I got my moneys worth.

Since when is cookies and cream brown ice cream, the quality and flavor of the ice cream was disgusting.

Unfortunately last several times I have ordered pre-paced strawberry it is not available sooo.. Dasher was friendly helpful when he called.. nice young man.. and fast
But.. Vanilla just didn't measure up
