the fresh pack pint was packed good! My brownie sundae was displayed perfectly. My double scoop was generous, and my 2 scoop sundae was awesome too!

The employees were very rude to my dasher. She asked for a cup holder to deliver my order and they told her that, they were flimsy. She asked them if they could double the cup holders and they told her, that it would cost Baskin and Robbin's money, if they do that. I am a loyal customer and what I paid, afforded 2 cup holders. Very nasty service.

I got the REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Layered Sundae and it was basically just peanut butter sauce with barekyany ice cream.

Double scoop. The amount of ice cream in my double scoop was the same size as my child's Kid's Scoop. Disappointed
