Banana Royals is my favorite. I don't eat ice cream, but when I do, BR is the way I want to splurge and treat my tastebuds. I'm always pleased I did.

Only 2 of the 6 items ordered were prepared by the store and delivered. So I contacted DD customer service to inquire about the remaining items. When I received the remaining 4 items during a 2nd delivery, there was very little ice cream in the containers. I spent over $50 on this order and I am very disappointed in the food quality of this delivery. This is bad customer service, considering that the store made the error. I have previously ordered from this store on many occasions, but will no longer in the future.

Always good but I ordered chocolate and vanilla. They wrote a note and said no chocolate so they replaced with another vanilla. He should have asked if we wanted another flavor. Really disappointing!!!

disappointed that the banana Banana Split wasn't as expected especially since it's the same price.
