Never again. This location keeps getting worse. They are giving tiny scoops that are not even a scoop of ice cream, not a ball but just a couple loose clumps with large gaps of nothing in them. Huge waste of money.

The portions are ridiculous. They were supposed to have two scoops of ice cream and they came with one. It no longer comes with a whole brownie either, just pieces. False advertisement 20 dollars for this!!Brownie Sundae

They never seem to have staple BaskinnRobbins flavors. Daiquiri Ice is listed as a flavor but every time I order it, they don't have it. They didn't bother telling me what they substituted for it, and they chose a substitution flavor that was nothing like it. They also forgot to add the almonds and cherry to the sundae I ordered.

Ordered a banana split and made me wait 30 minutes before telling me they could not make a banana split. They never communicated with me why they could not complete the order. I will never attempt to order from this place again. I've gone through the drive-thru before and had the same problem. Horrible customer service. How are they still in business???
