This store never has the popular flavors. The ice cream quart and pint size, I received was not packed properly for cost over $20.00. It was just dropped in the container.
The store has a cell number as it's business number and no one ever answers.

bad experience this time with the Cappuccino Blast® they were both completely liquid when they are supposed to be a frozen drink. one cup was half full of just foam. awful.

Got a Triple Scoop with sherbert. Receive the smallest scoops possible and barely anything in the container and missing one of the toppings. This is just the latest of okay to straight up just bad experiences from here. I normally don't leave reviews but was just bothered by this order.

The banana royale kinda speaks for itself, hardly a scoop of ice cream less two scoops! It's not the first time I've felt completely ripped off but it will be the last. They didn't send the whip cream but they made sure to charge me for it and instead of fresh pack they gave me a prepackaged quart and still charged me the higher price! What's goi on here? Is it just bad management? Or do I happen to order at the wrong times? Shame on you baskin robbins!
