Always good, overly expensive but inflation has everything in its grip! Always good so getting good quality even if price is exp.

They didn't have a flavor that I didn't order but they reached out to me by the dasher to let me know and I was able to pick another flavor that I like!! THANKS;)

They gave me chocolate chip cookie dough and I didn't order this, they changed my order. I ordered triple scoop and three different flavors of ice cream for two orders, they gave me two flavors and one flavor I didn't like at all and would never purchase this type of ice cream I hate cookie dough. The egg nog was horrible and it seems to be old.
Not satisfied!!!

I've never had bad ices cream here and my chocolate was salty! And mint chip had freezer burn. Very disappointed bc BR has never let me down before.

Merchant should have called when it was determined my selected items were not available rather than the waiting until the Dasher arrived & her notifying me. I initiated the discussion about other options to fulfill the order as I really wanted some ice cream. He agreed to having the two alternate flavors I selected in stock but the two hand packed quarts appear to be the same flavor. Will likely not order hand packed ice cream again since the availability of flavors listed by merchant is uncertain. This is 2nd time but the merchant initiated the call to see if alternative flavors would be ok. As described above not in this instance.
