The world class chocolate is literally my favorite ice cream in the world (limited exposure). It is so creamy.

The Oreo Sundae was fine, but needed more ice cream. The cookie dough shake was extremely watered down.

they did not honor my request for the hot toppings to be kept off on the side as the have in the past, so I received ice cream soup.

When they have the ingredients I want, great service! But many times I have to change my order bc they are out of ingredients or can't make items that are in their menu and offered via DoorDash.

Second time BR missed 1 of my two packed pints. Ordered 2 two packed pints (total of 4), but received 1 two packed pints (total of 2). Happened twice. Sad.
