the ice cream tasted like it had artificial ingredients in it. might have been the cookies since normally the ice cream is great.

Dubai Chocolate Sundae. They didnt even have the Dubai one even tho we ordered that so had to get reeses. It tasted fine but the fudge wasn't good. Banana Split was topped with caramel and hot fudge. I asked for 2 hotfudge toppings instead of strawberry. Instead we gota very tiny amount of hot fudge just in random globs which didnt tastes good and the caramel was nowhere in sight. first tone trying Baskin Robbins and highly dissappointed.

very small proportions for 3 Scoop Sundae didn't receive straw for Milkshake..3 scoops should fill the cup it didn't even cover the bottom of cup

I believed that the 3 scoops was going to be like the one in the picture. Wrong! It didn't make it to the half of the cup. The ice cream as usually great. Whats happening with you guys?
