Missed part of the order, only gave half a scoop for kids size that costs almost $5. Then DoorDash took almost 24 hours to give me a refund for the items I didn't receive. Terrible customer service from the store and DoorDash.

Baskin-Robbins, the quality of the ice cream wasn't like it used to be just seems like plain old ice cream. It's no distinctive taste or anything. I guess I have to keep going to cold Stone. I just wanted to give my all-time favorite to another try.

This is ridiculous- we received barely any ice cream in our order and mine was all soupy on top of a brownie with barely any hot fudge. Save your time and your money and just don't order from here.

Please cover beverage lids on milkshakes for delivery services. It's a common safety precaution most restaurants have implemented.
