The store was out of pralines cream ice cream. I requested a substitution for the 2 scoop and 3 scoop 3 Scoop Sundae. Unfortunately, I did not receive the correct ice cream from the original ice cream order. Also, the ice cream had an off taste. Each time I have ordered, it has been a disappointing experience.
