Our Banana Royale was nothing like the pictures or how I remember them to be. These were tired and just looked pathetic. There was barely any ice cream and the caramel topping was on the bottom of the cup, which made ruined it for me. We would not order these again.

Overpriced! Serving size was so small. Ordered a 2 scoop sundae and there was hardly any ice cream, cup was mostly empty. No whipped cream, barely any hot fudge and almonds. So disappointed.

This store messed up on a previous order, I made a purchase of 4 oz/one scoop and was overcharged, my receipt reflected I purchased a pint and was charged for a pint watch I didn't receive. By the time I caught the error (days later) on my bank account it was too late for charge to be adjusted via doordash bc I didn't have a picture to prove it. Then I randomly got an email that said a credit coupon of $1 would be automatically added to my next purchase which did not happen. A few days later I did order a Fresh Pack (Pint) and it was not fully packed. So I don't know what's happening at this store but I recommend immediately checking what you are charged for by checking your bank account and reporting it to Doordash if there is a discrepancy.

I read the bad reviews and still wanted to order. The reviews were not lying. You get small scoops of ice cream. You get 2 scoops you probably get one.
