They have the best milkshakes ever!!!!!! Always so creamy and the perfect consistency. Great size for the money. I order once a week!

The Qourtz ice cream packed fine but every time we order banana splits or anything with toooing it NEVER comes as requested today there was hard shell chocolate all over the tops and bottom of it I didn't ask for that . Baskin robins has some kids who don't care working here SMH

Seems like they didn't have the flavor I wanted so they just packed up plain vanilla. I don't know why anyone would pay this much money for vanilla ice cream. Horrible service

This is the worst excuse of an order. It's not full scoops it's slopped together and it's melted. The Banana Royale has wilted bananas. And no almonds . I want a refund.

Out of the 3 ice creams I ordered only 1 was the right flavor. So irritating. Especially when it's for kids.
