When the store didn't have one of our ice cream flavors, they called and replaced them. Very good customer service, great delivery, and would definitely order again!

very poor presentation. they didn't have the right ice cream...caramel was substituted for the hot fudge which turned in to brick...the taste was good...but very poorly executed

Told Dasher they couldn't stack the sundaes, and instead of putting it in a sundae bowl, it was stuffed in a cup. Made it harder to eat and messy.

This location is always out of chocolate shakes. This is our 3rd time ordering chocolate shake and every time they have been out. Management needs to help this location out!
