Best ice cream in the area. The ingredients are superior and their delivery is always fast. They box the order very well and take care that order doesn't spill.

I ordered the hot fudge Sunday and what I got were drips of hot fudge. Hot Fudge Sundaes are supposed to have a sufficient amount to cover the ice cream on the top and sides. They do not know how to make a hot fudge Sunday so order at your own risk.

Never again. This place is a joke and has never had any popular items in stock for the 6+ years I have lived here and visited. 95 percent of any order ever done here has been cancelled on us or wrong. We are simple single scoop mint chocolate chip and coffee ice cream people too. (PS you will absolutely get Jamoca Almond Fudge every time you ask for Jamoca.)
Now that this place is on these delivery sites my drivers always call me up verbally shaken up by how rude they are being treated when they try to help me change my order that they don't have. Yesterday my driver called and said that this Baskin Robbins said that "they already told me today they didn't have my order and it was my 2nd time ordering today". My mind was blown. This was the first time I ordered in 2 weeks (against my better judgement) so not only was that wrong but the driver got their mistake taken out on him!
I could hear them yelling that they threw away my receipt so they couldn't even tell him which flavor (of the 4 we ordered) they were out of . No driver or patron deserves that. That driver was so nice and trying to be patient but he said himself he had never been treated so rude in any place he's delivered for.
This spot should not be in business. I've never known a more dysfunctional business. I really wish I was exaggerating but I'm not the only one in the area who experiences this. This is the only review I've ever taken the time to write to warn others.
