I asked for a 3 scoop sundae with rainbow sprinkles and hot fudge and a cherry. I received no cherry, no sprinkles, they added caramel and put a very small amount of hot fudge. I paid extra for toppings I never got and an extra topping I didnt ask for. Horrible.

I paid $25 for eggnog milkshake for them to put a note in a bag seeing they were out of eggnog and they gave me a large vanilla milkshake. I would've never ordered it from them and they did not tell me that they were out of it.
