Finally I actually got a full amount of ice cream from Baskin-Robbins. Apparently the trick is to order scoops instead of the "hand packed" items.

2 Scoop Sundae was delicious except the marshmallow topping had a funny taste. I like that they double containered it so it doesn’t melt as quickly.

The Fuquay Varina store does terrible delivery orders. I have orders hand packed pints and each one is never ever full. I know that if I was standing in front of them it would be packed. It is as if they couldn't care less because they're probably never going to meet you face to face. I guess this is their idea of "shrink flation". If this is a directive from management, shame on you for so obviously ripping people off. If this is an employee issue, even though good help is hard to find: LOOK HARDER!!!

This is not a fresh quart of pumpkin cheesecake ice cream. And it took them almost an hour to prepare this pre-packaged ice cream which is clearly not what I ordered

I orde 2 handpacked pints. I have ordered Baskin-Robbins sev tim andinvar the containers are never "packed". It's as if a few scoops are put in without regard to how much is in the container. I would stop ordering from them, but I'm hooked on gold medal ribbon.
