I love this baskin robins! They are always so quick, I worry the icecream will be melted and it never is! My fav! I order from them constantly!

The banana royally was a scoopof ice cream with about 4 slices of banana. No praline, no cherry.. nothing it. It was clearly rushed. The banana slit looks nothing like a banan split. I don't recommend this location. Driver was awesome.

Ordered a Banana Split and received a cup with only two scoops of ice cream and some of the toppings were missing. It was missing the strawberry ice cream, the pineapple topping and the chopped almonds

They never send the whipped cream that is listed as part of their kit. When I called B.R. to complain, the teenager in charge that evening says the kit doesn't come with whipped cream. Well, then they need to remove it from "the kit" as listed on Door Dash. If I had known it wasn't included, I would not have purchased the kit. Without the whipped cream, it's just way overpriced.

I wish they would have told me that they were out of something. I ordered for my husband and I to have have something nice after dinner and they only brought me half of what I ordered the. Reese's peanut butter cup was out. They didn't tell me until I received my sunday so he didn't have anything. Customer communication would be great. Thank you, though, for not charging me for it.That was at least good.
