This Baskin Robbins's store went above and beyond tonight. My favorite ice cream was not in the normal selection but when asked in the notes for my favorite, they made it happen!!! This made my night!

My "2 Scoop Sundae" contained less ice cream than most single scoops contain. My daughters single scoop was smaller than a normal kids scoop. Idk whats going on but this is a rip off.

Ice cream was melted, small portion and the bag wasn't sealed tight for customer satisfaction and for safety reasons. Seal things tight helps the customer feel safe. I don't think I will order again.
