The Mangonada is amazing and all the scoops are filled to the brim in the containers. Also the cotton candy flavor is delicious.

I used to frequent this shop with my kids & we haven't gone for a long while. I would say their service regressed big time. I ordered 2 of the 24 oz fresh packs, cotton candy & rocky road. Though the ice cream were both great, the amount of ice cream in the tubs were below average. Both containers were only 3/4 filled, with significant gaps on the sides. For $17+ per tub, I think it is not worth it anymore to come back or order from them.

Got the Banana Royale and they didn't even give enough ice cream, fruit or topping. Looked like a kids size in a big cup. Also got the Jamoca Fresh Pack (24 oz) and again they didn't fill it like it should be. You have to go in to make sure they do it right at the Lathrop store or you don't get what you ordered.

I was only given about half the amount I was suppose to get of the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Layered Sundae. Very upset that I paid $10 for not even close to the full size Sundae.

Ordered a Banana Royale and I feel like I should have gone in since I get a full cup with the toppings I want. Not all toppings are offered and for the price I am paying, I don't think I received what should be offered. For the Fresh Pack (24 oz) I expected it to be fully packed not have space. It should look like what I get from the grocery store. Overall disappointed. With this stores job performance.
