You dispensed and sent the wrong ice cream on both orders. Should be refunded or you send the correct order. For the price and tip, the customer should receive the products ordered: please fix this. This cost over $25.00

Order was made wrong. Ice cream on 2 Scoop Sundae tasted old and icy. Banana Split was made incorrectly.

I love BR... but this store rips me off every time i order from there.
I ordered 2 pints. When i opened them, they were not packed like a regular point. There was TWO SCOOPS of ice cream in there.
When i pushed the ice cream down like a PACKED PINT should be, it ended up being less than a 1/2 pint.
In never ordering from them again.
