I ordered the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Layered Sundae and this is such a disappointment. The entire cup was filled with the bite size cookie dough and nearly no ice cream. The cup wasn't even filled to the top, such a waste of money and what a disappointment

Not sure if it was from severe storms and power outages, but it tasted sour and warmer than usual. Not sure if the ice cream was spoiling.

I love praline and cream 2 Scoop Sundae and caramel but I feel like these 2 scoops were child scoops.

Banana Split was completely melted. And the root beer Ice Cream Float was a cup with scoops of vanilla ice cream and a can of Pepsi. Like, don't offer things you don't have? First time doing delivery from here and definitely won't be doing it again. Haven't experienced melting problems from any other ice cream place.
