Extremely disappointed with this Baskin Robbins. I ordered a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Layered Sundae through door dash that was listed on their menu/website. What I received was no where near a sundae. I received two scoops of ice cream thrown into a iced coffee cup from the attached Dunkin’ with some fudge at the bottom. There was supposed to be layers of fudge, cookie dough, and three coops of cookie dough. Charging $8 for that is just awful. If you don’t have the ability to make an order, at least cancel next time. Waste of my money for the item, delivery, and tip for the driver. I deserve a refund.

This store has the worst service of any store I have ordered from on DoorDash. Twice within the last week, my order has been significantly messed up...missing items and partial refund on one day that I ordered. The next time, I ordered $75 worth of food, and they wouldn't refund any of my money. No more orders from me.

 the Oreo cookies and cream is delicious. The portion is good. It's a large. The first is awesome. I would order it again. The freshness is so delicious.

The ice cream float was not good. It had no coca-cola, just melted vanilla ice cream and it was filled halfway. The other milkshake was just okay.
