Ordered a certain flavor received a different one. Overall the presentation was beauty and the icecream delicious! Just wish they sent me what I ordered

They didnt have the brownie, so they called with options. We switched it with cake, but they didn't add anything on top. The milkshake was just milk and very little ice cream. It took forever and our doordasher had to wait a very long time for it. Paid a lot of money and very unhappy.

This store is horrible. The order is incorrect 90% of the time. It would be nice if I could change the store location. The store in Madison is much better.

I've gotten several of the fresh packs in the past. This most recent order had huge air pockets in it and was half full.

DIY Sundae Kit- they didn't message me that they were out of toppings, they just chose not to send them. I ordered 2 kits and only received 1 whipped cream can. Caramel topping tasted burned.
