No problems with ice cream but they need to work on delivery methods. The banana split container is brutal. Ive seen other ice cream store use insulated sealed envelope things and works well.

Ordered 2 of the same item, 2 scoop sundaes. My sons was filled to the top while mine was half way full and barely had any of one of my scoop options. No whip cream on either. $8 for the equivalent of one scoop is a huge rip off. One star for making one of the sundaes correctly minus the whip.

The smallest scoop of ice cream I've ever received from them. Dasher picked up another drop when one was ice cream! All ice cream melted!!

Wanted a flavor they showed in stock and it's actually out of stock. This is the second time this has happened. The replacement flavor is not great.
