This Baskin Robbins constantly has customer service issues. Early this week I ordered a Fresh Pack (24 oz) of a particular ice cream and they sent the wrong flavor since they were out of my requested flavor. no call was made to advise and confirm if I wanted a different flavor. Today they sent me the correct ice cream but the Quart was only filled 2/3 of the way to the top of the container. Unfortunately, DoorDash will not allow me to order from a different store.

They didn't have the ingredients, but whoever made this Sunday it was absolutely delicious. She substituted items and when I tell you, it is so good very very, very good.

The scoop of ice cream wasn't a scoop it was more like a teaspoon on both vanilla which were ordered and the Rocky road wasn't rocky road. The order was redelivered only receive one order of the vanilla instead of two and the third I never got. Not a very happy customer

Awful! They never have many ice cream flavors, never have hot fudge or chocolate sprinkles. I just spent $50 for ice cream for my family. My kids flavors was wrong, (they ordered the flavor of the month) and they didn't get the dipped cones that I paid extra for. Missing an entire large milkshake. And my 2 scoop sundae was different flavors and the size of a single scoop put into a tiny plastic cup. Very disappointed and officially giving up hope on baskin Robbin's. My order is never correct
