The shake was one of the worst milkshaks i ever tasted. Portion size was expected pretty good for a large, but what was really terrible was how it was just straight up ice at the top. No frothyness, and no mixture just ice and liquid which is pretty terrible for a Milkshake. Would not order the milkshake again. Worst experience in my life of milkshakes.

They didn't have 2 of 3 flavors I ordered this time. Previous attempt to order over a year ago had the same problem (different flavors). Dasher had to wait 20 min to pick up an order I didn't really want anymore.

We have tried to order shakes and ice cream from this store several times and we've only ever received the items once. All other times the restaurant has refused our orders and has shown terrible customer service.

The top quarter of the cup was filled with whip cream and air. The shake usually fills the cup with the whip cream filling the dome lid.
