It took about 20-25 mins for the order to be made. Dasher Rigoberto was so gracious as to wait for it. Father said milkshake was worst he's ever had-thin and bland, hardly no flavor (he's had a lot in his 88 years!), and mother's banana split had very small dips of ice cream, was drenched in caramel, hardly no pineapple, and very little choco syrup. I know there's sometimes new trainees and off days at places, but probably not ordering again. Will stick to the other shops around. Culver's is always consistent and delicious for the $$.

I ordered a shake on DoorDash. They didn't have my flavor and instead of canceling the order the cashier called me on the phone went over all my options and she was amazing. Great customer service. I wish I got her name.

You can't package a banana split for delivery, in a cup holder. All the chocolate sauce ran into the bag and everything else slid to the end.
