Ice Cream good, but scoops are small. Liked that the hot fudge and almonds came in separate containers.

I ordered a milkshake and a Banana Royale but they were out of bananas apparently but yet I ordered one I paid for one but I didnt receive one. They should have the. Just charged me for a two scoop but they didnt. Milkshake wasnt much better had the consistency of water wjat a waste of money. I told the driver the only entrance was in Bryant st but yet they circled the block twice and parked in random spots twice meanwhile my icecream i melting.

Both banana split and unicorn ice cream tastes good -- bummed that we didn't receive both banana splits we ordered. Also the unicorn horn was tiny, looked different than the picture.

Last couple of times we have ordered from here they are always out of flavors. It really sucks and that should be updated on the app so we don't spend all this money to get what we didn't really want.

Baskin-Robbins went over and beyond with their customer service. They reached out to me to inform me they were out of a flavor I had selected and patiently named all the other flavors they had available that I can choose from.
