I like this location because they never get my order wrong and the ice cream is always flavorful and still frozen

Each time I order, I get something different. Today - no chopped almonds. Sometimes 1 scoop, sometimes 2. This store's staff is not trained well & gives the brand a bad name.

Each time I order via DoorDash the scoops are almost not even a full scoop. Ben & Jerry's & Hagandaaz are now options.

I always order this drink and it comes more like a milkshake. This came looks watered down with foam on top of it. I am very disappointed.

Store was out of the flavour requested, store did not reach out to consult on a replacement flavour and just arbitrarily picked one. This normally would be fine, except they picked a flavour I didn't like.
