10/10 would recommend. The extra fudge on the side absolutely made my night. I've been on the sad side and really wanted some ice cream and fudge is the way to my heart. Y'all rule.

I placed 2 orders of Double Double Scoop and only got one scoop. this was for my kids by the time I realized it and wantes to report it, it was too late to take pictures.This is not the first time this happens at this location. Shame on them.

Barely put any fudge on the hot fudge Sunday (like maybe 1 pump, if that) and didn't send a straw for the milkshake even though I requested it. I've had orders from this location go above and beyond and other orders be completely the wrong items, so it seems like it's truly a gamble depending on who's making your order.

The Riverbank location is great and consistent. They shakes arrived fresh and ready to enjoy. I will order from this specific location again.

my Fresh Pack (24 oz) literally arrived in a 16oz container -- I checked the capacity when I was done! my husband's 2 Scoop Sundae was literally only 1 tiny scoop and didn't even fill the cup halfway. when he took the two items out of the bag, he said "did you only get a kids scoop?" thinking my 16 oz cup must've been his sundae.
