The last time I ordered...the triple scoop cup wasn't even half full. This time...they did a great job. It was delicious!

This was the smallest 2-scoop $7.50 serving I've ever seen. This was the size of a pink spoon sample. Seriously?!

I paid $40 for what I thought was two 2 quart orders which would make a total of 4 quarts but only received 2 quarts. $40 for two quarts!

everything was brought correct, handled with care and was still cold (not melted) upon arrival. Only thing is Brownie Sundae wish they warmed the brownie or gave a soft one cause was cold and kind of hard. But otherwise, not bad.

I payed for 60% of the milkshake I ordered the rest couldn't be sucked through the straw. And their chocolate milkshake tastes disgusting.
