Was so excited to see that they had eggnog flavored ice cream and our family was so excited to try it and it didn't disappoint one bit!! Was so good as well as the cookies 'n cream!! Came packaged in cardboard to prevent falling over and in a sealed waterproof bag to keep cold! No complaints here!!

Almost every time we order, the flavors we want are never there. They're not crazy flavors, they're ice cream staples like chocolate and cookies and cream. Also, we've ordered a banana split a few times for them to call us to say that they don’t have any bananas. The ice cream is always good, but it's almost never what we initially ordered.

Have been in the hospital & rehabilitation center for almost 4 weeks we had a bad day so I treated us both 2 ice cream. Very disappointed, her banana split was almost completely melted & my 2 scoop sundae tasted freezer burned & I didn't have any hot fudge on mine. Store didn't have my chocolate covered banana but I wasn't refunded. Won't do this again.

Even though it was partially melted, it was the best Banana Royale I've ever had!!💯 I want another one now😋
