Everything we expected on a super hot day while celebrating a birthday!!! The cake was still cold; we would have liked sprinkles on it, like the image, but overall impressive that it wasn't a melted gooey mess+!!!

I ordered a three scoop sundae, only got two scoops and both ice creams were ice creams I didn't even order. I selected the contact me if anything was out of stock and no one contacted me. I also paid extra for additional toppings and didn't receive any of them. I got a tiny little cup for a 3 scoop sundae

The strawberry milkshakes were horrible, no actual strawberries in them & barely any strawberry flavor. Disappointing.

Ordered frehed packed and paid the actual amount, but the serving does not equal to the amount paid. Whoever was serving gave 3/4 of the portion for both the 24 quarts. Not sure I'd buy a fresh pack quart ever again from BR.

This is the second time I've order from here the first time I ordered a bannansplit only received two scoops and no toppings and now I ordered two banana royals that had no Bananas and no fudge . Really miss the old baskin robbins that cared
