When we order from here, the portion size is smaller than it should be. Very small portions, even with a two scoop. The ice cream is good, but often, we don't get what we ordered. A different flavor is what we get instead.

All 4 ice creams I ordered were missing every topping! I paid for toppings and want to be credited back please. I called the store direct to tell them and a rude girl hung up!

They confirmed order, but were out of stock of both flavors requested, with no comparable substitutes. The root beer floor had less than a half a scoop of ice cream in it. $30 in ice cream and it was disgusting. Threw it all away.

Ordered 2 sundaes. Got one. Refund my money or deliver the second one immediately please.
Also very stingy on hot ch topping - about a teaspoonful, really??
