They were out of the kind of ice cream I wanted. Which was kind of a disappointment. Crappy blast could have had more coffee

$18.00 for a 2 scoop sundae. I paid extra to add caramel, but did not see it. There was no whip cream and the ice cream scoops were super small. It was not consistent with the other stores I have been to. I will not be back to this Baskin Robbins.

Unfortunately, this was my first negative experience with my favorite place for ice cream. The scoops in my 2 Scoop Sundae were extremely small... it felt like I was eating two kid's scoops. Better luck next time.

The portion size was very small. The scoop of ice cream was like the size that a very small child would eat. We were very disappointed!

The three packs of ice cream were of bad quality. Usually I'm very happy with Baskin Robbin's, but this order the ice cream had freezer burn and you could taste the ice chips that were in it.
