They have good ice cream -- at least better than the usual brands I purchase. Cherries Jubilee wasn't available so I got Jamoca after my Dasher called me about the substitution.

Ice cream didn't taste fresh. Had freezer burn taste. I guess i guess they were out of the chocolate almond; which i paid an additional charge for. I wasn't informed, and was instead given 2 scoops of the same flavor, with no reimbursement of the additional charge.

Ordered a mocha Cappuccino Blast® (mocha flavor), and it tasted as expected - sweet and creamy. Although they went above and beyond to package the cup inside a cup carrier, inside of a huge paper bag, which was stapled and taped tightly, they didn't tape/cover the straw hole at the top of the cup, like other restaurants do. My drink came runny/partially melted (as I had expected that it would), but it had also leaked all over my floors when I brought the bag into the house. Strange that they wouldn't think to cover the hole of a drink for delivery.
