I got maybe a scoop of ice cream, if that. i ordered 3 of the Banana Royale and chose the ice cream scoops, and none of us got what we ordered. I only ordered here because Aerostat Ice Cream was closed. If you want good quality ice cream, go there.

What was supposed to be three scoops in the Dubai sundae was barely the equivalent of one normal scoop total. Additionally, the third scoop requested choice was missing completely. Three scoop choice options are allowed.- requested was two scoops of pistachio chocolate bar, and one scoop of pistachio almond. The pistachio almond was missing. Disappointing on the size of the sundae in total for $14 plus some change. The picture shown are how it was advertised and how it actually arrived - completely different looking.

I order from this Baskin Robbins store at leas 3-4 times a month and when im well enough freq the store once a week. I always notice that they are out of the most popular products very frequently. Ive commented about this fact to the scooper employees and ive been told that the manager is the only one who orders and doesnt listen to the staff when they tell the manager what merchandise sells the fastest so they are never properly stocked. I keep ordering because I like their ice cream and at this time it's about the only thing I can eat.
