Didn't have the cake I ordered and substituted for one that was cheaper. Never ordering from them again. Driver said they were also rude with the pick up.

I ordered two Fresh pack (24 oz), instead got two 8oz cups. Got "some" money back after telling about it, but I feel I should have gotten most back. Especially since 48oz compared to 16oz is a lot and that's not what I ordered and would have just said no to it, if they didn't have it-since it was going to be a gift. Not having a car to get it, this is the way I get things. So great to know I'm getting what I ordered, or they could have a thing on there, like some other places have, where it says if don't have cancel order or replace with_____. Let's just say... not ordering from there again!
