I recently ordered from DoorDash while staying at a hotel, and overall, the experience was a mix of highs and lows. The food was impressively presented, with the grilled shrimp being perfectly cooked and flavorful. The Cobb salsa salad was fresh, topped with creamy avocados, hard-boiled eggs, and delicious homemade croutons. Even the Sprite I ordered arrived ice-cold, which was a nice touch.
However, there was one MAJOR oversight: no napkins or eating utensils were included with the order. Considering I was in a hotel with limited access to these essentials, it was quite frustrating. While the food was fantastic, the lack of utensils made the experience less enjoyable.
Overall, the food was top-notch, but the attention to detail on the delivery could use some improvement.

• 5/1/26Tonight, the burnt ends were awful! Dry, fatty, and with an odd aftertaste. This is an item I regularly order, so I know how good this should be! Not just overcooked meat with sauce thrown on top to look good! Plus, the fried onion strings were not drained, so they are soggy and there is a layer of fat greasing the bottom of the container. On top of that, the portion size is half of what it used to be! And, instead of a plastic container, this $18 item is now served in a brown paper container. This looks like it came from the Whole Foods hot buffet bar at the end of the night. Such a shame to ruin what was once a great dish!

• 10/10/24This is one of the worst meals I've had in a while. Everything arrived cold. The egg rolls were mushy. The burger and burnt ends had a strange taste to them - almost like they were spoiled? Idk

• 10/7/25The bacon was burned to a crisp!! Completely black. My fried "green" tomato was yellow and covered in a thick batter that was raw on the inside. Absolutely awful!! And a waste of money!
