Karampodi lollipops is not as good as main branch, chicken is too dry . Mutton pulav is the worst meat was not cooked properly it was too hard to eat

It was different when we ate at the restaurant. The same dishes were great and delicious.
There were more meaty meat there.
This is our second delivery order and there were more bones than meat. Not worth $23+
The veggie in the sambar was way overcooked and the texture was husked.
So disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I raised an issue regarding my order, but I did not receive any proper response. When I contacted DoorDash, they asked me to reach out to the restaurant. When I contacted the restaurant, the response was simply “maybe it was missed.”
For an order where I spent around $70, a “maybe” is not an acceptable explanation. Customers expect accountability and clear communication, not uncertainty.
Coming to the food — the biryani and rice were nothing special. The taste was average, and the food didn’t feel fresh. At this price point, I expected much better quality and service.
I always prefer giving positive reviews when places deserve it, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from here. There are many other restaurants that provide better value, taste, and customer support.

Food can be lot better for the prices you charge. Malai Kofta is not fresh and saggy. Vijayawada Spl.Bnls. Chicken Biryani chicken is also not fresh
