Really good broth one of the best I have had in a long time. But very disappointed with the low quality beef most of it couldn't been eaten it was full of sinew and impossibly to chew.
$25 for pho is pretty expensive, so I hope the restaurant can improve the quality of the meat or add slow cooked beef.

Ginger beef was described (and pictured) as coming with vegetables- it was 90% onion with a small amount of beef. Tasted more like sugar than ginger. The lemongrass chicken was about 70% onion. Misleading photos and terrible value . ,

The food was really delicious! The cha gio quality is really nice! It reminded me of the ones my mom makes. The beef was really delicious too! I wish the steamed rice was packaged in two separate containers though. It was a little difficult to share one container of rice between two people.
