Got the customized large bowl. Marinated tuna is soo good, tastes fresh. Added the hot Cheetos with hesitation, but was pleasantly surprised. A nice added seasoning without overpowering the dish. Not enough wasabi though.

Sorry, but I will be sticking with my go to spot. I thought the pricing was good (until I received the bowl) but there is a reason why it's less expensive than where I typically go. The bowl is much smaller, they don't pack it to the brim, and the serving size of the fish was much smaller than my usual spot. My fish was also room temperature when it showed up. But that was probably because they packed it on top of warm brown rice. The fish was fresh though but many of the cubes still had a layer of fat on them. Some may like that but I prefer a nice clean cut of the fish so I don't have to deal with the chewiness that sometimes comes along with that fatty piece still attached to it. I just really was not impressed. So sad I didn't stick with my usual.
