This is my 4th time ordering from BB's. I love the Hot Honey Sandwich and fries. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the need for a more substantial bun. With the sauce, pickles, etc, it's impossible to pick up the sandwich to eat it. It completely falls apart and I wind up having to use a knife and fork to keep my hands from getting sticky from the hot honey.

The 3 Korean Crispy Tenders was saggy and not crispy at all and the fries was burnt the Hot huny sandwich was also saggy and the lettuce was warm and brown it was awful never buying from them again
