1. asked to have extra sauce on the side, but not in the bag. Apparently they don't read the extra instruction.
2. the quality of the food degraded from before. Boneless chicken just taste like other stores's boneless chicken so why pay $19 for "tasteless boneless chicken"
3. wings are soggy, not crispy at all. Isn't Korean chicken wings supposed be crunchy even coated with sauces. I can get wings from other places with cheaper price

Disappointing! been here few times before, but this time was a complete let down.
ordered Secret Sauce 8 piece chicken and it was not what i ordered. it was the Golden Chicken with just a little secret sauce drizzled on it. Simply Terrible.
The Kimchi fried rice was cold. The Ddeok-Bokki was dry barely any sauce on it. Had to ask for more sauce.
Overall very disappointing.

the tteokbokki is good jts just rlly
inconsistent like one time it will be really good and next it's rlly skinny and small rice cakes with nasty cheese. idk its ok it's just not the best sometimes. however their chicken SLAPS.
