BBTEA always makes amazing bubble tea. Two of their best teas are the Tiger Sugar Milk tea with Bubble and the Mango Dragon Fruit fruit tea. Their orders are very customizable and they have amazing customer service. 100% would recommend: best bubble tea shop out there.

Unfortunately, I did not like ordering from this establishment. The mango and rose milk tea tasted like perfume and the boba were very chewy rather than soft and enjoyable. the waffle was foded into a drink cup so the condensation had built up making it completely soggy ad inedible. And they gave fewer popcorn chicken pieces than promised on their menu (30 pcs). I requested a reund from doordash for the waffle bu they denied it, hence my review so others are aware. I'm sure it will be better if eaten immediately at the location. Waste of $30. It was my first time trying it, but I will stick to other businesses.

Really poor packaging of Bubble Waffle . They literally shoved it in a to go cup without any cover and placed it in a plastic.
At least put the food in a covered container so that it is not susceptible to contamination during food handling and delivery.
The Popcorn Chicken was not too bad for a quick bite.

Best flavor floral teas! Sometime floral or fruit teas have an artificial flavor to them, but not these. So tasty, and just what I was craving! Popcorn chicken is good too.
