Absolutely the best cream puffs you'll ever put in your mouth.  Be sure to refrigerate them unless you plan on eating them within 24 hours.  The cream is made with eggs, just like your mother used to make.  They are a bit pricey, but worth ever penny.

The chocolate eclair was my favorite! The chocolate was thin, but snapped pleasantly, and the pastry part was fluffy and appropriately crispy and the custard wasn't gross. I was worried it would arrive soggy and didn't at all. Delicious!

I got a Chocolate Éclair , one with chocolate filling and the other with classic. Delicious and not too sweet!

It was okay. Thought it would be more softer and the cream was okay as well tasted like whipped cream and expected a pudding texture
