I was slightly concerned about the reviews, but really craving some noodle soup so I ordered the 01# Braised Beef Noodle Soup 红汤牛肉面. The beef and broth came in a separate container from the noodles so they wouldn't get soggy. Some reviewers have complained about the portion of beef, but I got 6 decently sized pieces which is fairly generous for this dish. The meat was not quite as tender as I would have wanted, but that might just be my personal preference. There was also a generous portion of delightfully chewy noodles. I chose to add the soy egg, but I wouldn't recommend it as it wasn't very flavorful on its own. Otherwise, the broth and the beef were delicious! Great taste and large portions!

Not many places locally where you can get a selection of quality dumplings. Just be careful if you have a vegetarian/ vegan in the group as they do not label the dumplings. The 05# Braised Beef Tendon Noodle 香辣蹄筋面 is my favorite noodle dish. They are Generous with the portions all around on the protein and noodles and the Braised Tendon was extremely tender and gelatinous. The broth base really makes the noodles and the tendon taste fantastic, but it is intentionally very oily. I only drink a bit of the broth at the end. It is pretty heavy on it's own. If you don't like spice, stick to level 1.

As usual, the dumplings are wonderful and one of my favorite things to order for simple treats. Also, the braised beef tendon noodle is delicious and the tendons have a wonderful texture. I've noticed there's even more options to their online menu as well, and I look forward to trying more things!

Overpriced!! shrimp are way to small and for the portion size it should be half the price.

48.Spicy Beef And Organs 夫妻肺片 the portion was half of what I was expecting given the price. 40.Sichuan Jelly 川北凉粉 was on the saltier side.
