I love the new flavor Marshmallow Sky, but Ben & Jerry’s really needs to fix their delivery process. They pack the ice cream immediately after the order comes in, so even when my Dasher arrives within 20 minutes, it’s completely melted — like soup. It’s so melted I can’t even eat it that night; I have to wait a whole day for it to refreeze, and by then it doesn’t even taste as good.

The banana Banana Split (3 scoops) does not fit in the given bag properly. The banana split was tilted diagonally in the bag on arrival and I don't think it was the delivery persons fault. It seemed like a packaging issue. The ice cream was dripping everywhere inside and outside of the bag. The banana Banana Split (3 scoops) container was closed by tape only and that also didn't stop it from leaking. It was still mostly in tact to be eaten and still tasted good but the packaging needs improvement because it dripped all over my bed sheets when i briefly put the bag down. The other cups of whipped cream were drenched in melted ice cream on the outside. I didn't receive spoons and napkins either, which was difficult bc I'm at a hotel at night. (luckilly I saved some frome earlier today)

It was more so the price that didn't equate to the portion that I received.
